radiob2b.com is operated by RadioPro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Suite #42442, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In these terms, "we", "us" and "RadioPro" mean that company, and "the Site" means radiob2b.com and any other site we operate that links to these terms.

2Acceptance and scope
By accessing the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms cover the Site as a source of information. They do not cover the RadioB2B music service, subscriptions, billing or the Music License Certificate. Those are governed by the Service Agreement, and the members area at members.radiob2b.com operates under it.
3Changes
We may update these terms and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time. Updates take effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
4Permitted use
You may view the Site, and print or download extracts, for the purpose of evaluating or using our services. You must keep any copyright and proprietary notices intact and must not alter what you copy.
You may quote short extracts with attribution to RadioB2B.com. You may not republish substantial parts of the Site, or use it to build a competing service or dataset.
5Prohibited conduct
When using the Site you must not:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or connected networks;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or to any account;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Site;
- impersonate any person or entity, including anyone at RadioPro;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code; or
- use the Site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
6Intellectual property
All text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, interface designs, audio, video, software and code on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. RadioB2B and the RadioB2B logo are trademarks of RadioPro LLC.
Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to the music catalog. That licence comes only from a subscription under the Service Agreement.
7Third-party names and marks
The Site refers to third parties, including ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GMR, Spotify, Apple Music, Sonos, Chromecast, AirPlay and Stripe. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe those organisations and their services.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or GMR, and we do not act as an agent for any of them.
8No legal advice
The Site discusses United States copyright law, including public performance rights and statutory damages, in general terms. That material is provided for information only. It is not legal advice, it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, and reading it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Whether any particular licence is required for your business depends on facts specific to your premises, your equipment and the music you actually play. If that matters to you, take professional advice.
We take care to describe the law accurately and to keep the Site current, but law and industry practice change, and we do not warrant that everything on the Site is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.
9Estimates and calculators
The Site includes a cost comparison tool that estimates what performing rights organizations might charge a business of a given type and size. Those figures are illustrative models based on published general licensing rate schedules and assumptions we have made. They are not quotations, they are not produced by any PRO, and no PRO has reviewed or approved them.
Actual fees charged by a PRO depend on its own current schedule and on how it assesses your premises. Prices shown for our own service are indicative and the price that applies to you is the one shown at checkout.

The Site links to our other sites, including radiopro.dev and our regional stores at radiob2b.co.uk, radiob2b.eu and radiob2b.net. Those are operated by the same company, RadioPro LLC, and each publishes its own terms and privacy notice for the region it serves.
The Site also links to sites we do not control, including radiopromusic.co.uk, which is operated by RadioPRO Ltd, a separate company. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we do not control, and a link is not an endorsement.
11Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and availability. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
12Limitation of liability
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, RadioPro LLC and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable to you for any personal injury, property damage, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data or business interruption, or for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or connected with the Site, other than under the Service Agreement, will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
13Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RadioPro LLC, its affiliates and their officers, employees and agents from claims, damages and reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site. We will notify you promptly of any such claim and cooperate reasonably in the defence.
14Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) to our designated agent, including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
- identification of the material on the Site and enough detail for us to locate it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We will respond to properly submitted notices, and we may remove material and terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes. If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter notice to the same address.
15Termination
We may restrict or withdraw your access to the Site if you breach these terms. Sections 6 and 11 to 17 continue to apply after your access ends.
16Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.
We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available outside the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your local law. UK visitors may prefer radiob2b.co.uk, European visitors radiob2b.eu, and visitors elsewhere radiob2b.net. Each operates under its own terms.
17General
Entire agreement. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Site and replace any earlier understanding on that subject.
Severability and waiver. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor of our business.
Language. These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation and there is a conflict, the English version controls.
