1Our commitment
RadioPro LLC wants every business owner to be able to use RadioB2B, whatever their sight, hearing, mobility or cognitive needs. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not as something added afterwards, and we test as we go.
If something here does not work for you, we want to hear about it. Section 8 explains how to tell us, and we will help you get what you need in the meantime, including taking your order over the phone.
2Conformance status
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Our current assessment is partially conformant, which means most of the standard is met but some parts have not yet been fully verified by an independent audit.
We also design with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the European Accessibility Act in mind, since we serve businesses in both markets.
3Built-in tools
The accessibility button on every page opens a panel with these controls. Your choices are saved in your browser and reapplied on your next visit.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Quick profiles | One press applies a set of options for low vision, dyslexia, focus assistance, motor assistance, seizure safety or larger type |
| Text size | Scales all text between 80 and 200 percent |
| Line and letter spacing | Four steps of increasing line height, letter spacing and word spacing |
| Readable font | Switches to a plainer, wider typeface |
| Dyslexia friendly | Heavier letterforms with wider spacing and looser lines |
| Align text left | Removes centred and justified text |
| High contrast | Black text on white with stronger borders |
| Dark contrast | Light text on a dark background |
| Invert colours | Reverses every colour on the page |
| Monochrome | Removes colour entirely |
| Low saturation | Mutes strong colours |
| Highlight links | Underlines and outlines every link |
| Strong focus ring | Thick, high contrast outline when tabbing |
| Large cursor | Bigger, higher contrast pointer |
| Large click targets | Expands buttons and links to at least 44 by 44 pixels |
| Stop animation | Freezes all movement and transitions |
| Hide images | Replaces images with their text descriptions |
| Reading guide | A horizontal ruler that follows your pointer |
4Keyboard access
Every interactive part of the site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone.
- Tab and Shift and Tab move between links, buttons and form controls.
- Enter or Space activates the focused control.
- Escape closes the accessibility panel, the privacy panel and the mobile menu.
- Alt and 0 opens the accessibility panel from anywhere.
- A Skip to content link appears as soon as you press Tab on a new page.
5What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a single logical heading order on every page.
- Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Visible focus indicators, never removed without an accessible replacement.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields with labels above the input, not placeholder text used as a label.
- Interactive controls that report their state, so a screen reader announces which zone, station or billing period is selected.
- Full support for the operating system reduce motion setting, which stops all animation automatically.
- Layouts that reflow to a single column at 320 pixels wide and remain usable at 200 percent zoom.
- Content that never relies on colour alone to convey meaning.
6Known limitations
We would rather tell you about these than let you discover them:
- Independent audit outstanding. Our conformance claim is based on internal testing. A third-party audit has not yet been completed.
- Photography. Venue photographs are decorative and carry short alternative text. They do not have long descriptions, because nothing in them is needed to understand the page.
- Members area. The subscriber platform at members.radiob2b.com is built on separate software and has not been assessed to the same level. Tell us if you hit a barrier there and we will help you directly.
- Music and video content. The catalog is background audio and ambient video. Music is not captioned, and music video channels carry no dialogue or spoken information, so no captions are provided.
7Assistive technology
We have tested the site with recent versions of the following, on up to date browsers:
- NVDA and JAWS on Windows with Chrome, Edge and Firefox
- VoiceOver on macOS with Safari, and on iOS with Safari
- TalkBack on Android with Chrome
- Keyboard only navigation, browser zoom to 200 percent, and Windows High Contrast mode

10How we assessed this
This statement was prepared on 7 August 2026 using a self-evaluation. Assessment combined automated checks, manual keyboard and screen reader testing, and review against the WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria.
We review this statement whenever we make a significant change to the site, and at least once a year.
